Surge Robotic, established in the year 2020 with the purpose to create the world's first four cameras optical lay up system for PCB lamination process. After 2 years of extensive research and development, Surge Robotic is proud to present the Falcon Lineup as the company's first product line with two models, Falcon X and Falcon S providing accuracy and productivity never seen before on any other systems. Falcon uses four etch targets on the corners to align and measure the deformation of each PCB inner layer and use it to calculate and adjust for the best position for placement. Moreover, measurement datas collected for each inner layer can be provided to PCB manufacturers for extensive study on the characteristics of their process enabling Smart Manufacturing. Falcon is designed with extreme ease of use and received the honor of Golden Pin Design Award 2021. In Surge Robotic, we will young innovative thinking and high-end technology to design and develop hardware and software solutions for all industrial markets, and provide a base for Taiwanese young generations to flourish their creativity.
